Once again,
depth proved to be the difference as Muncie Burris improved to 6-0 on the
season by defeating Alexandria at Cardinal Hills in Muncie Thursday by a score
of 186-199. Every member of the Owls shot below 50 in the match.
Medalist
honors on the day were split between Dave Morgan of Burris and Matt Johnson of
Alexandria. Both of the players shot 44. However, Burris backed up Morgan’s
effort with a 46, 47, and 49 from the remaining players. The Tigers did not
have another player below 50 on the day.
