Plans are under way for the first annual Alexandria High School Alumni
Basketball game to be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 6 p.m. There will be two
games, one for the older generation and one for the younger generation.
The event is open to the public. Admission is $5 and all proceeds will benefit
the Alexandria Basketball Program.
Any player or cheerleader who is interested in participating in the event should
contact Garth Cone at 765-724-7242 or by e-mail at garthcone@comcast.net or
gcone@alex.k12.in.us.
There is a lot of excitement surrounding this game and the evening should
provide a lot of excitement and entertainment for everyone. So far, over 50
players have contacted coach Cone to let him know they would like to return to
play in the game. A list of the current participants, along with the year they
graduated, is below. Coach Cone has asked that participants contact him if their
graduation year is not correct.
Come relive the past and catch up with old friends.
